I grew up on a small farm in PEI and have called Toronto home for 25 years. My career has taken me through every major wave of digital transformation. I taught myself SEO and launched one of PEI's first e-commerce websites in 2000. I launched brands' first online campaigns at AOL and Bell, shifted Canada's top brands and agencies from social to mobile at Meta, and built their foodservice vertical from zero to $21M. At LinkedIn, I managed their largest global accounts, partnering with revenue leaders to drive enterprise adoption of Sales Navigator and Microsoft Relationship Sales, and growing multi-million-dollar contracts at the CXO level.

That experience, across two decades at the platforms that shaped how business is done online, gave me something rare: a ground-level understanding of what drives growth at every stage of digital change, and what doesn't.
